The Saint Luke’s Mission is one spiritual community. We practice a rule of life by participating in one of three integrate spheres of belonging.
Each avowed sphere is an annual commitment and should be thought of as a map to navigate the classical waypoints that make up the spiritual life: wakening, purgation, illumination, and union.
The path from awakening to union is often a non-linear journey. Our spheres of belonging honour this reality and allow us to travel together, though we are diverse in experience and belief.
Our rule consists of the four following pairs:
Prayer & Devotion
Learning & Reconciliation
Service & Hospitality
Purpose & Peace
Local Leadership: Rob Miller as Ordained Missioner and Prior, Dena Thomas as Ordained Deacon and Sub Prior, David Schuurman, Dean.
Bishop Visitor: Bishop Susan Bell, Diocesan Bishop of the Anglican Diocese of Niagara.
Safeguarding: Accountable to the Safer Church Policy of the Anglican Diocese of Niagara.
